Active Tracking products are sold through multiple channels:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products purchased from Active Tracking, subject to the policy window and product condition requirements below.

Exchanges are not accepted. Approved return requests are processed as refunds.

Product Condition & Inspection

This return policy applies to new-condition products only. All products are inspected before sale. To qualify for a return, the product must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not returnable unless defective:

Product Warranty

All camera systems include a standard 7-day return window. After 7 days, warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and product type. Please ask about warranty details at the time of purchase.

Method, Fees & Refund Timeline

Returns are accepted at a drop-off location (in store). Restocking fees are not charged. Once a return is approved and received, refund processing may take up to 30 days.
